Daily garm pani tulsi drop ke sath, gargil , steam, kadha, dhoodh me haldi + ashwaganda, shitopladi churna nd trikuta churna honey ke sath liya aur Dr. Kuchh medicine diye the paracetamol, antibiotics bt koi multi vitamins nhi bs ghar ka khana taste nhi lga fir bhi khaya, coconut water, apple, pomegranate... , 20 min yoga & positive affirmation meditation( sadhguru jee🙏 Isha kriya or breathing technique ) Thank you sir for your lecture..🙏🙏
i m also suffering from corona, disease se zyada social isolation bande ko zyada mar deti h... it's been 2 weeks i m better now but my whole family is suffering from covid including my grandmother n my 1 year old sister, praying for them to be well...

I was infected from covid with CT value 18(highly infected). I won this battle alone in home isolation. I'm working in Delhi and my family are not with me. During Covid recovering period, I stopped watching news. I read book(Sadhguru- Inner Engineering) and watch so many Travel blogs and video. I also made my Wishlist for coming days like where I have to visit once in life. I took medicine and other things on regular basis & I won covid battle. During last few days, I had drink Ganga Jal as Paniwala refuse to give Water as I was Covid Positive . Food and other things managed by Zomato(door drop). So you can win this battle if you have positive mindset.
