Pile 2 not only resonates with me, it's synchronistic. I journaled about a similar topic this morning and I'm working on a blog article on good habits to take forward into 2025. I started researching toxins and removing as many as possible out of my life decades ago. But it's easy to slip up. And then when I lived in Pittsburgh, I was exposed to loads of toxins. When I lived in Vermont, I was exposed to ticks. I was already chemically sensitive. I use natural products and try to eat mostly organic and plant-based. I wish I had a water filter system.
