I have never heard a nun talk in that manner regardless if they’re mad. My family has maintained good relationships with a lot of religious leaders including priests & nuns and none of them would react in that manner. The nuns I grew up to know have a calm demeanor and I actually learned from them that raising your voice to other people won’t do anything good. If you know you’re right and they wouldn’t listen, best thing to do is pray for them. With all due respect, it seemed like this nun didn’t pray & ask for guidance from God before doing the interview. Just the manner she spoke & the words she used, I’m quite disappointed.

Amazing in the sense that she wants everyone to have a unified way of thinking, that when it deviates from her own beliefs, then you are not an artist and you ought to feel ashamed of yourself. She also has this fantastic understanding of the movies that its a form of an academic work- that it needs to be reviewed and verified. I dont remember her speaking out against the 100% veracity of other historical movies like rizal, luna, schindler’s list, etc- by her thinking, everything in those movies are gospel truth and should be taken as historically accurate. Add into that mel gibson’s movie, the passion of the christ. She never spoke out against it, thus, everything that was shown in that movie truly happened. Sister, please spend more time in prayer. A US senator once said, “hatred corrodes the container it’s in.” Dont let hatred corrode any decency and sense of christianity you have left.
