nice man, I like defining my angles as numbers instead of fractions. It helps me understand how much is force is applied in a direction that I can read. I did the problem myself and got the same angle except I got 51lb max load.
Yea that's an error in the video, even if you calculate his equation using 78.69deg you get 51 not 61. He made a mistake writing that down

He just misspoke, it is 50.99 or 51 rounded.
