Restauration d'une horloge Comtoise. part 4: Montage et mise en fonctionnement The Restoration of a Comtoise clock. part 4: Assembly and put in functioning
What a lucky clock to have been restored as great as you have done. Now it is ready to tick for another 100 years easy. And, all thanks to your remarkable skill. You leave a great restored treasure behind for generations of people to see and admire. One thing very nice that you do. Not oil all over the place and sloppy when you do something it is done right! :-)
You did! this video has something special - as the clock is big and "open" you can see the escapement wheel (at5:15). I wondered how the pendulum gain the power lost due to resist of air - first time I noticed it so nice. Regards
Hello Sooth15 Alors, les aiguilles sont en laiton, et n'ont pas été bleu mais seulement très sales et un peu oxydées, je les ai simplement nettoyées et polies Salutations
WOW!! I have one of these but didn't know how it hanged on the wall. I thought there was a bracket for these? What kind of string did you use for the weights? Great video.
Hello. Thank you for your comment. normally the movement is paused in the hull here you see an interim suspension On the video here the, movement is paused on the supports and just held by a check mark th-cam.com/video/D0VtLLc59UU/w-d-xo.html Weight is suspended by hemp ropes.

Hmm something is strange with the graham escapement. The escapement wheel turns a little bit back, maybe the wheel is not in the right direction.

Its not a graham deadbeat its a anchor recoil hence the recoil.
