I’m 5’6 145lbs what size shirt do I get in a 1/2 zip shirt and do they shrink after washing ??

Medium. Air dry for best results. They dont shrink much over a long period of time.

I wash my on cold and then air dry. Once dry i put in dryer for 10min then hang it up
