If installed and removed correctly it won’t damage your hair. Tape ins are good for heat trained naturals if you intend to wear I straight long term. If not curly options are available too! My scalp and is itchy so I get mad itching with my installs. Tape ins are my preference and they stay for 3 to 4 weeks after b me because I add itch spray to my scalp due to having dandruff being a straight natural.
