    A 5 room hdb's master bedroom can fit in all the furniture and leave you with extra space, such a huge space maybe not in such a posh environment but with 500-600k u get a huge HDB, spend another 100k on reno and u have ur own beautiful home, condos are really a waste of money, but nice video!!

      There is a salary cap on HDB. The people who buy these units are not eligible for new HDB. They are also not eligible for resale HDB, DBSS, EC etc usually due to a combination of a few reasons (like racial quotas, lose money etc because of 5 year MOP etc).
      Buying a home in Singapore is dependent on several factors. In many cases, there are also emotional reasons involved (like desire to live oceanfront, desire for privacy etc). It's not the same for every single person.

    Sentosa is very sensitive to the market. Went up in it’s hey day then crashed. Not practical living there.

      sentosa cove was a very desirable address during its launch. now the blue barriers have been an eyesore, although it serves as border security. so it's a tough call.

      heavily discount and more than a friction of its original price back when its first launch you could be seeing it at around 10+million+
