Hello, I've just recieved my device Medicube glow Booster H device. I was super excited for this is my second device from Medicube. I proceeded to charge the device before use. Using the cable provided, I plugged it in. The light was almost yellow. I let it charged till it turned green. I removed the cable. I waited till I was ready to use it. I pressed the power button. Voice came on " Level 1 battery low and turned off on its own!!!' I tried again, same thing! Total I've tried 3 times. It just doesn't work. I haven't been able to even use it. I also pay $93 cad for custom Tax.
@medicube_global I ordered 3 different devices and I was only shipped one device. I tried contacting customer service but no one has replied. It has been 3 days. Is there anyone who I can talk to directly? It’s very disappointing to spend so much money on a company but not get the right products I ordered.
