Sorry, but nothing you recommend works getting out of my early version TerraTrike. The cross bar is too far forward. I have to triangulate my body with one arm on the back of the seat and then push myself forward. You sort of end up crawling out of it.
I assume you have the older style bars that stick straight up and won't work with Terratrike's VersaBars. I hope we will have a solution for you one day!
@@hostelshoppe Nope, I have a very early version TerraTrike with the above seat steering. The cross bar is right where your feet need to be in order to get out of it. No solution is possible. Just another example of the diverse configuration of recumbent trikes.
