In the marketing world we call that "all sizzle and no steak", or "all hat and no cattle" ;-) TBH...I think WoTc's marketing person/group just utilizes normal buzzwords without even considering whether or not the playerbase can differentiate between marketing and actual reality.In my many thousands of games, I've yet to run into a WG console employee in game that was more than adequately competent, save for MaxChaos who is merely a thin skinned employee who forgets that he deals with customer's on a daily basis.

This tank needs a mobility buff to make it more bearable. 35 is far too slow.
It’s kinda like shtayer, and if world of tanks wants to make a steyr with spaced armor and sell it for like, 15000 gold, literally might leave.
