Very good decision. Over recovery may be returned to the pensioners.
Refund of excess amount recovered for 15 years from the retirees by the employers of all concerned has to be done immediately with overdue interest with retrospective effect.
क्या जिनके रिकवरी १५ साल हो चुकी है वह पांच साल कीबढ़ी हुई की धनराशि वापस मिलेगी।

My question on the subject is Whether the employees who have completed the 15 years of recovery of commuted pension will be paid back the excess amount and till when ? Moreover will such money be paid with the eligible interest because the government have utilised this money for their own benefit?

As in Recovery of Pension of Commutation is reduced to 10 years in Punjab and Haryana High court order stay is granted And in other States ALSO stopped, full PENSION is given in 10 years of retirement
In Banks in Delhi and all the offices, Commutation should be 10 years of retirement
Full PENSION should be given to Pensioners after 10 years of retirement in all the Banks of Delhi and other States also as well as in all the offices . BANK should also go to the Court and AIBRF AND AIBPARC should jointly go to the Court for STAY order

अर्धसरकारी विभागो के नाम अभी सरकार ने कोई परिपत्र जारी नही किया,हालांकि उन विभागो मे भी रिकवरी के रोकने बारे निर्णय भी आ चुके है।अब ये विभाग जैसे नगरपालिका,गोदाम निगम, मंडी बोर्ड मे सभी ऐसे पात्र पैंशनर्ज के बारे पत्र जारी नही किए। बिजली बोर्ड ने मान लिया है।

Sir Jai hind I am sub Bansi Lal enrolled on 31 Oct 1980 and retired as sub on 31 Jan 2008 completing 27 years and 03 months due to LMC permit P2 cat from 2008 amount of comuted portion of pension is still being recovered from my pension
.please advice me as to what action be taken to stop recovery from my salary. Namaste Sir

Commutation period should be 10 years of retirement. When im Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh has stopped yhe recovery of PENSION Commutation sfter 10 years of retirement,it should be in all the Banks of Delhi and other States that full PENSION should be given after ten years of retirement
Pension Commutation should be 10 years of retirement,as in Punjab and Haryana and Chandigarh, in Delhi BANK and all other offices, full PENSION should be given and recovery of PENSION should be stopped, for those Pensioners who have completed more than ten years of retirement in Delhi in Banks also.
