If your meter was bought directly from the manufacturer, you need to advise your vendor to have the configuration loaded for Solis use. Ill check whats the address in my meter. Ill keep you posted.
Hello Mark ..... I have Solis S5 single Phase on grid inverter. Also have Acrel DTSD1352 3 phase meter with CTs from Solis. I don't know how to setup Inverter getting "Fail safe" (Connected Acrel CTs to grid side by instructions manual) Thank you for your help
@@jerryp9647 you cant use 3P or external EPM. Only Internal EPM settings if your GTi has included a meter. Set Backflow 000000 and Meter In Grid. Be mindful of the ct flow on your CT illustration.

I have Solis S5 1Phase 5k Grid inverter and manual say only 2 types of meter supported DDSD1352-C or ACR10RD16TE (all 1Phase meters) I have DTSD1352 3phase meter witch is not in list of supported meters. 2.... my settings: Int EPM settings Meter in Grid (CT arrows towards grid) under meter type setting 1Phase or 3Phase (any option gives me Fail Safe alarm 😭 Please help

Looks like direct meter type are same looks with MODBUS CHNT and Eastron. THANKS sa makaka sagot. Nakakita kasi ako (youtube) na gumamit ng EASTRON Sdm230 sa Deye hybrid. At sa video din nakita ko na may selection and DEYE ng CHNT and Eastron for external meter.
Direct use hindi po puede dahil ang firmware naka load sa Eastron (no idea kung puede ang CHNT) ay iba. Case point is Acrel, as stated at 0:29 sa video, Ive explain na ibang settings ang gamit ni Solis sa factory default vs their own use. Naka encounter na ako binili ang Acrel meter sa isang supplier, hindi gumana. Nag update using Solis provided setup, gumana ang meter for Solis Inverter.
You don't touch any of the meters configuration, it's just plug and play for Solis use. For meters with CT, just clamp it on the hot wire. For Inline, manual is provided.

Hi there, I have solis rhi-5k-48es-5g, it only charges the battery from the solar panels that are directly attached to it but not from the extra generated power by the other inverter, though the meter is showing the power being exported. Please help. Link to the video is here. It is exporting about 1kw, battery is just getting charged from the solar panels directly attached to it. The meter I am using is one phase ACR10R-D16TE. Use Meter on Grid, dont choose the CT Sensor wih Fail Safe On.

Does the ct go on the hot wire from the Inverter to the distribution board?
yes but the inverter does nottin could you make a video showing the meter setup only please and the wire for rs485 thank for responding

Try to contact your local support and have it patch. My RHi has been patch to correct some settings. It also should work from your end.
How much ang external CT type meter sir?
Its just a demo unit, srp ng 3kw gti is 23k.
