Siah, Leanne Mosley clips off a triangle at the corners of each piece and it works wonderfully for taking away the bulk and yet the foam is attached everywhere and stays in place.
If you've ever made the nora doctor bag the method she uses for her sides could be applied to the nora. Love the bag, you did a wonderful job with the tutorial.

I figured out that I had to use Google Chrome to take me to the correct page...don't know why Microsoft Explorer would not.
