Hey there, Thanks for the feed back. Yes the manuals are pretty much designed for "Rock Spider Nerds" .... I struggled figuring it all out and often go back to my own video to remind me when I need to change the temp.

It will set. To the current temp automatically when it times out of the programming mode.
