So basically the costs are high, the risks are high and the profits are super low. And everything is super regulated and controlled by the state. Got it.
Thank you for your opinion. As we all know, the glass can be half full or half empty, the way you see it matters. Germany gives great opportunities and stability. And during Covid it has been supporting businesses like probably no other country. We have a video about opportunities in Germany: www.nexus-gmbh.biz/german-market/doing-business-in-germany/ Germany is open to people who are ready and willing to work and respect local rules. We described the main things. If somebody expects Germans to change to accommodate foreigners, this way of thinking would only lead to disappointment. Our company, Nexus-Europe GmbH, helps foreigners to overcome all nuances they are not familiar with.

Right. We have many customers whom we opened a business in Germany for. They never applied for a residence permit. Also there are many programs in Germany that support start-ups or let specialists work in Germany through Blue Card. We are making videos on this subject as well.
That's right applications can be considered for a long time... Can the process be sped up somehow? Are there any special suggestions on how to prepare documents so that they can be processed faster?
hi sir, can you help me recommend a way to Get EORI # for Germany, i have German VAT#, but i sell in Germany under my US registered LLC, i don´t have a german residence address and no Gerwerbeanmeldung
Hello, have you considered opening a UG in Germany? We would be happy to assist you with registering the company, obtaining the tax and VAT numbers, EORI number, Gewerbeanmeldung for it. You are welcome to contact us at nexus@nexus-gmbh.biz
Thank you so much for information it was very helpful to me. I have a question. To open a business in Germany 🇩🇪 is it language required or English is very enough to start?! Thanks again 😇
Thank you. In order to open a business in Germany or even get a residence permit as a self-employed knowledge of the German language is not mandatory. However for successful business operation or communicating with the authorities it is definitely worth hiring or at least outsourcing someone with knowledge of the local language.
Hello I'm Abduvokhid from Uzbekistan and I came to Germany last month I have a work visa as a agricultural employee. I want to organise my own business as a deliver food furniture and so on is that possible for me
I want to open Bar in Germany,I have Italian 10 year valid ( permisoo sajjorno) documents//possible I'm applying business visa ,and what is needed before business visa, I'm speaking Deutsch very well, thanks for answer
As a Mediterranean & Arabic, Germans feel so wierd 😂 they are like.. Too square.. You just wanna tell them '' chill'' Idk.. Germany sounded great.. Now.. Idk
Sounds more like a judgement! More like u assume foreigners have bad behaviors that goes against German appetite. I’m a resident I live here and I don’t experience the stuff u are claiming! And we definitely don’t give bad vibes off. People start your business don’t allow anything to discourage you.
Hello Shawna, thank you for your comment! If you watch our videos carefully, you've surely noticed that we talk about benefits of doing business in Germany all the time and how foreigner-friendly Germany is. However mindsets and expectations are different. And people should be ready for that when moving to a different country. Most of our clients are wonderfully integrated, became residents and live in Germany with their families. But all of them have adapted to the local culture and rules. And that goes without saying. Our videos intend to make people prepared for their experience in Germany to avoid any miscommunication, and in no way to discourage them. Have a nice day!
Germans are how they are and you should accept that. If you have a problem with that you can always go back to your home country. Protecting their culture and lifestyle is very important to Germans
@@NexusEuropeGmbH True that setting correct expectations in the beginning is better than causing disappointment later for everyone involved. So Germany is a great country to do business provided you take business with a chill attitude and not to make money. So it all adjustments.
Not your case? Watch our 3-minute video: why you should open a business in Germany: th-cam.com/video/UjXbFniDMIA/w-d-xo.html
Hmm well thats a useful one. Thanks for being transparent.

Very true. One should know about it and see if he is ready to accept it before moving to the country.
Not everybody is looking for residence permit. Some people come to your country with great talent but you have to harness it.
