Depends on the Air. M1/M2 can support single display up to 6k, but I've seen people running 4k 120hz. M3 can run dual monitors with the lid closed. If you use a DisplayLink dock for Air you can support dual monitors on M1/M2/M3 with the lid open.

Not physically into the dock, but you could buy an NVMe enclosure and plug that into one of the four available thunderbolt 4 downstream ports

It's definitely one of the better looking docks and I do think for what you get, it's packed with value
Still just 1 external display limited at 60hz with a macbook air though. SMH
