I am HINDU, and i think Owaisi was right in some parts: Like he said Babu Bajrangi accused for Gujarat riot and killer or Rajeev Gandhi and CM of Punjab should also be hanged. Part which i disliked is he said "Majahb k naam pe saja jyu.." yaha religion ki jagah wo sirf kehta un logo ko fasi kyu nahi to thik tha.

Asaduddin Owaisi seems right on this. All he is saying is, Court is doing its job but not the public prosecutor (who in turn is appointed by the government) in the case of Rajiv Gandhi / beant singh.

Now on this particular occasion Owaisi is right ... He should be given life imprisonment not death penalty ... He surrendered and helped RAW to expose ISI ... and if he is hanged then no one will do something like that again ... that will be a failure on the part of RAW and ISI will use this example to keep people on their side ... What if a person understand that he has done wrong and ready to surrender ... I don't say that don't punish him ... but give some concession for supporting RAW and exposing ISI !!

I personally feel the question is valid, and rest of the people should also be hanged, if SC has given death penalty to them, i do not see Owisi is in oppose of ruling of SC, and it is objectionable, when SC has given death penalty and government is saving people based on regional politics.
in case of Rajeev gandhi's assassination, the convicts where waiting for 11 years on mercy plea, to which SC converted it to life imprisonment when they found inappropriate reasoning from government about delay in action on mercy plea, the decision on mercy plea should have been made quick and that too by rejecting the mercy plea, as it was murder of influential politician of India.
