I ran artemis and laseer both as support and do meaningful damage. I disagree that he must be used in a two dps setup. Alternatively you can just bring him as your HEALER on the other side while also doing like 15m-20m damage. Though he can do what you demonstrated with him, the biggest plus is his flexibility and unique kit.
Thats definitly true.To me it just feels like a Waste of his Anti-Heal kit because if u skip 1 heal wave all the progress u made gets healed back up and if u have the dmg u dont need the anti heal.But yeah even at below 100% anti heal uptime he still brings value
