Yoongi's mom used to own a restaurant in their hometown. In a Run BTS episode, Suga mentioned that he used to make kimchi since 5 yrs old with his mom and grandma.
Don’t mistaken that not all restaurants in other countries are like a restaurant consistently here. A restaurant here mostly mean you’re doing somewhat good to really good (unless ofc filing bankrupt). Other restaurants I’ve seen across the world, usually in the country side or third world countries use their front porch/living room as a “space” to sell things. Sometimes, living off by what they make day by day. Yoongi have mentioned before that they would starve sometimes and how he would have to choose between saving the change he had to buy food or a bus ride. Just reminding how far he has come.
It's too bad this was an older compilation. In the Soop Yoongi is peak parent energy: cooking, cleaning, starting the campfires, making snacks for the others while they game. very sweet and very funny.
His love language is acts of service. He may not be as expressive like the others or quick to say I love you but there are more videos that show how much he loves the members by action.
this is why we keep teasing him about the "Yoongi, marry me" and we also know, without a doubt, he'll be a good parent someday he have so much patience, we were always amazed of how patient he can be
The funny thing about the puppy one is that Yeontan is Tae (V)'s dog, not Suga's. lol So cute. Between Suga and Jin, with assistance from JK usually, they've fed the rest of the guys well.
yoongi is ideal type to be a husband..he is the person i like the most among the others because he has everything a woman wants so many armys say"Yoongi Mary Me"
Suga & Jin being the 2 oldest really loves to live up to their older brother roles, both cooks for all the members. Jin being the wackier sillier older brother ( but dont be fooled, we've seen many times how he can control all the other 6 younger ones including leader RM 😆) and Suga being the calmer, introspective one. I'm glad the 2 eldest are responsible as they really set the tone of the group's dynamic. RM being the leader has a lot on his shoulders so him having 3 older brothers ( together with Jhope) to lean on to helps a lot. Jhope is more like the fun uncle of the group, he bridges the gap between the hyungs and the maknaes, all BTS would always mention that second to RM, Jhope would be the next best candidate to be the leader. The 3 maknaes ( younger ones) love and look up to their older bros so much because of how great role models they are, remember this is Korea and generally Asian culture have a different age heirarchy. Their group dynamics is very interesting, I was fascinated how they all take on different roles and how their personalities can melt into this synergetic powerhouse. Their Off screen relationships has definitely played a huge part into why they are succesful. Yes it's always great to have all members of a group be talented professionally but their personal lives and relationship w/ each other is what makes the magic ingredient to BTS success.
as far as I remember his older brother has a restaurant and he can cook french and japanese dishes so I guess Yoongi had some good example of the person who can cook definitely well. thanks for such content! hope to see more videos with Yoongi~~
Yoongi is multi talented, if he's not a artists he dreams to become an Architect. Watch Run BTS episode wherein Yoongi and RM mostly answered all of the questions about Architecture yoongi is genius indeed like RM too..
It’s been an emotional week in the fandom as I’m sure you’ve heard so I love these more light and sweet videos. He’s such a laid back guy and yes he absolutely looks after the others in quiet ways. During the fight between Tae and Jin (in Burn the stage during the Wings tour they had a pretty significant blow up about choreography right before going on) all 7 sat to talk it out and as I’m finding is often the case Yoongi had the exceptionally wise and calm words. He was a similar rock during FESTa and he’s been more so since dealing with his own mental health and being in a happier place. I adore him cooking for the others. Also he was self imposed in charge of fixing the things RM would break in the dorm and studio he’s the hyper competent one for things like electronics and plumbing etc.

Fun fact RM is the only one that can’t drive he never got a license. He said he will never get one for world peace because he knows he will be dangerous behind a wheel.

Yoongi was mostly calmed looking for all members at Festa dinner party. How many times Yoongi was telling " Don't cry " to them at party.
