I want to file itr3 AY 24-25, now I want fill up the profit @ loss, Balance Sheet and take benefit of presumptive 44AD.

Sir mane revesid ITR 2 bahri thi stutas kasie pta kara defective notice ke bad kitne din ma process hogi

A.Y.2024-25 मे किसी पर्सन ने अपनी income टैक्स की रिटर्न ITR-4 में Section 44AD में फाइल कर दिया हो।
इसके अंदर उसने अपनी FIXED ASSEST के अंदर अपने पास जो भी Land है उसको Consider नहीं किया है।
अब सवाल यह है कि अगले A.Y.2025-26 में वो अपनी Land अपने ITR के अंदर दिखाना चाहता है।
तो क्या उसको अगले साल ITR-4 फाइल करना होगा या फिर ITR-2 ?
इस टॉपिक के ऊपर एक डेडिकेटेड वीडियो जरूर बनाना।
