    Very big beaver dam. Actually in this channel there are 9 dams. All those dams causes the wet fields around. It should be on my menu often

    Mantas, there is a 300mm drainage pipe from fields in that strange spot where current streams out and bubbles. I'm glad to see your great work, less sweat for me =]

    that spot near the dam looks like where a field tile (pipe) ends it helps drain the field it will flow for a long time

    Or a long handle pick/ax or rake. Might be fun to design your own specialized dam tools. Great videos.

      Pickaxe is heavy to use. I have one, and I have used it for a while.

    Greetings from the BIG SKY of Montana. Your beavers not only took out that big tree, but they also took off all the branches, too and used the branches to make their dam. You have mighty smart beavers.

    Inform local farmers,& land owners of your work that you perform on their behalf and ask them to donate toward buying a small used excavator or a pull-behind excavator for your vehicle. They are very light & low-cost from northern tool, harbor freight, or comparable stores where you live. They have a small four-cycle motor with a hydraulically controlled bucket to rip beaver dams apart faster than by hand!

      I have one of the Harbor Freight excavators. It works very well but doesn’t have much of a reach, 6-7 feet max.

      Add yankum rope to bucket of excavator then attach a couple of grappling hooks to ropes that will enough to rip the beaver apart!

    Looks like they had the start of a secondary dam with that good size tree they chewed down ,that Big Dam looked to be about a Meter and a half and holding thousands of gallons of water back , do any of the towns people or neighbors where you live acknowledge what you do, clearing these dams ? You have a nice day also .your Drone work is really very good work

    Get a 12-volt car battery, a cheap Winch & some grappling hooks, plus stakes to secure the winch to the ground and chains if trees are close. You will rip a dam apart with much less effort and much faster!

    Have you ever thought about using a 2in or 3in or a 4 in auger bit hook to a drill to help dig out the mud???

    wow big dam! Be careful out there, that was another powerful current. Have you tried waterproof Duck tape on your hip waders? Maybe Gorilla Tape? Stay safe.

      Beavers can help conservation but they can and often do, destroy a lot of land. I dealt with them for a couple of years until I had to hunt them and kill them from off of my property.

    The water coming up just behind the dam could be coming from a land drain and if it is then you can see the good you have done for the field by dropping the water level.

    The beaver need to go. They will fix any damage in a day and cause more surrounding damage. The problem needs to be addressed
