Can you believe people actually thought Janemba was going to get the Cooler treatment? Lmao. Like, we’re talking about a unit with blast armor, strike counter, and constant cover null. A unique gauge counter is not something that is easily powercrept, and we’ve seen that with UGB.
The reason cooler was so strong is because he had no reliable counter, and he dealt a lot of damage, making his nieche and unique lock in ability absolutely devastating. With the release of Beast Gohan (who'm turned the meta on its head while being a massive counter to the poor guy) completely kicked cooler out of the game. Unless a new green character releases who utterly powercreeps the rest of the game I don't see Janemba getting powercrept anytime soon.
theres like multiple units that make janemba look like nothing i see pikkon's blue card snipe him out, evoken killing him in 2-3 blasts, uui also being a blast based character that doesnt let him run away with his -10 subcount reduction (and dodging strikes) and not to mention bardku. and all of these are units you see very often and janemba's defenses are mediocre off boost now. even beast gohan can snipe him out

I never liked boost system because of how TO ME it gives false impressions about a character. A character might do INSANE damage on boost but then not do as much damage off boost. Featured boost does help the character when they first release and since they might not have buffs on release with no zenkais they need it which I do like, but sometimes I don’t like how they make characters a little underwhelming and they NEED featured boost, EX : Buu Bros, LF Cooler (IMO), a lot of sparking characters. I’m just sharing my opinion and I know that there’s many people who don’t like featured boost
Yeah the only ok thing coming out of that update was leader slot, I 100% hate the tier boost system. Treasure battle is funnier to play because it doesn't have that, too bad you get rewards once per day and that's it.

i do think jenemba sucks and here is why:in this meta we have a lot of green units who actually straight up tank his ults most of my games vs a jenmba end up that i use goku bardock to tank his ults no problem, tho hes a very fast cover null its not that rare to have units do what he does, this guy has 5 problems 1.his lack of tanking he takes so much damage from meta relevant units its absurd(im talking 8 stars+ jenemba and don't talk about his unique counter strike vs greens he does no damage) 2.he does not have easy type neutral damage (the only way he gets is when some1 is dead in his team and it only last for 5 sec once only)3.his element type hes blue this celebration we got 2 new top tier greens and beast is really does not care -- its not his meta rn 4.vanish restore is not a thing in this unit beast has it ui kinda has it evoken got it he is really just 1 blue card died unit 5.type natural sustain is very limited
Goresh , if you didn't know 10% ultimate damage isn't good cuz it is a base buff, if an equipment buffs 10% base blast or strike attack it also buffs the ultimate/special move , so strike and blast base buffs >>> ultimate and blue card
So you know the game better than Goresh, who's been playing since day 1? There's a reason why they're separated percentages, because strike/blast DONT BUFF the ultimate, there are specific % equips for that
