@Ben Snider I said romance (Latin) accent. What I meant by that is that Romance languages tend to have distinct vowel accentuation. Germanic languages like English don't distinguish as much. Consonants are also softer in Germanic languages. So his Italian had some Germanic (English) characteristics.
That was not good. Timmy would not talk English for so many minutes, leaving her out of the conversation. That is so rude. Yes I know this is a comedy series, and a kind of surreal comedy in part, but still.
