  • Best Exercises for Increasing Bone Density.
    Practice along with me in this video which includes the best weight bearing exercises to help increase your bone density. Your bone density is important for many reasons: balance, strength, metabolism, circulation, energy, immune system and general health.
    If you want to have a wonderful time in your old age then practice along with me and STAY STRONG. You can't stop body ageing - but you can slow it down. But you have to put in the effort now. Not next week or next year.
    It's never too late - but don't leave it too late, especially when it comes to your bone health.

    I can hardly wait to try this new one. I have done several of your live classes and some of your more age specific routines. You are so much fun. “Elbows in hip pockets” is not often heard in my neck of the woods, SE US 😂❤.

    Thank you so much. I’m feeling mighty good, had to do the easier variations but I will work on that. I’m 68 and want to be strong and flexible. Body, mind and spirit

    Jackie thank you for doing the video. This was indeed more useful than all the other ones I have done from other channels on Dr. Fishman's 12 poses and all the advice and instruction you give are priceless. You are the best teacher. I love all your videos and I do a different one every day. They have been so beneficial for my health and now for the recent osteoporosis diagnosis, which I am trying to not look at it as a disease but as a sign of aging, which is motivating me to do a bit more work on diet, movement and stress reduction to slow down the process.
