Vol Baseball Championship Parade in Knoxville

Tennessee’s first baseball national championship was celebrated with a parade through Downtown Knoxville on Tuesday, June 25. The parade stepped off from the Gay Street Bridge around 6:15 p.m. and marched down to Wall Avenue.

Someone in the crowd got overheated and passed out. The other people in the crowd were yelling "medic". The person then got up and medics arrived, he seemed to be fine. I was standing nearby when this happened. It was very hot and crowded. Great time though! Go Vols!

That's the reason I was not able to bring my dad. It was just too hot to walk a mile after parking and standing in the sun for 2 or 3 hours. Woulda been fine had it been cooler. ​@@aarongallagher8751
