@@makaroninini The frame by frame bit was mainly for the flash imagery portion of it, and only really allowed speculation. The rooftop scene was the bit that gave away a bit too much, even on the first viewing it was quite clear to see there were two dead bodies on that roof. It's in the past now, staying away from any trailers and openings for the final season.

Whatever you do, DO NOT watch the season 4 trailer. As much as I love the trailer and recommend it to most anime-onlys, you are the type of person who would not benefit from the things they show in it. It'd be best to experience it starting with the first episode of season 4

Don't worry, I'm staying away from that trailer. The homie Sephizen (Lead Shingeki mod) said it was too spoiler heavy, and that's all I needed to know.

Most definitely regret watching that post credit scene, still baffled that they showed all that. Like I was saying in the video, the hype got to me. I won't be watching the S4 trailer.
That's a wrap for 3A, it's a relief to finally have all these videos up. They were a constant reminder of unfinished business, in my time away from TH-cam. Looking back at it, I'm quite proud of these videos of 3A, I believe these videos hold up as some of my best content on TH-cam.
Right then, the next bit of activity on the channel will be the relaunch. It will be a weekly release schedule for all the stuff I do on my channel, though the goal is to eventually pull it back to a 5 day release schedule at some point in 2021. Still going to stay away from specific dates, but it's not too far off now :)

Yes, Im! I feel the same way. It's true, I agree that she has subtle character development, as many Mikasa fans passionately say. But I feel she deserves more. I want something unsubtle for her, more episodes or at least moments that are very focused on her.
The anime removed so much of her dialogue and added a bunch of times where she just says "Eren". It's ridiculous. The manga is the best way to consume AoT

The ONLY person perceptive enough to even pick up on that, AND to pick up on the lady in the photo being the Smiling Titan (although it is kind of obvious in retrospect), is FilmBuff. Because he is the most GOAT reactor of all time.
"Is the Smiling Titan a royal?" Holy shit it's only S3E12 and the actual reveal of the Smiling Titan's identity is not even going to SURPRISE him one bit. The only thing that might still is the Beast Titan's identity.
EDIT: The moment he realized what he overlooked about Armin... his face was incredible. You could see the cogs turning. That was a moment for us to react to the reactor.

Honestly I thought Bertholt was pretty obvious when I saw it... I didn't think it was a major spoiler though, like them getting another titan power was expected and that leaves only 3 options. At this point the smiling titan being unique shouldn't be a surprise, but I've never seen someone tear it down like that yet
Lol I’m actually an advocate for reactors and first-timers to just watch these end-credits scene and teasers and trailers. They’re there to be watched. But with Im, I think he can easily piece it together. So he’s the only exception I would make for the “no trailer” rule.

I remember watching and having my heart drop watching that post-credit scene. Scared the hell out of me, had no idea what was going on and even though looking back it was as clear as day I could never see the things you see. Truly one of a kind, can't wait to see part 2 reactions.

Just wanted to say your analysis of literally any aspect of this show is amazing to watch. I first sought out AoT reactions after 3B cause I was looking to watch people discuss all the crazy storytelling, rich worldbuilding, and attention to detail in this story. And yours is by far the best reaction series I've seen, and you haven't even put out the 3B reactions yet!
It's made me appreciate the story way more as well, seeing you spot so many details that were very deliberately put there by Isayama but which I and many other people ended up missing on a first watch. It's a lot of fun going through the show again through reactions like yours and coming out enjoying the show way more than my first time through it.
Even in this episode, while the post-credit sequence def shows too much, it was really fascinating seeing you analyse it cause I also went frame by frame when it first came out and I noticed like half the things you did. Just watching you make those connections, step by step, is pretty damn fun to watch. Thanks for the great reactions, looking forward to the relaunch!
Man, I had watched th reaction and frame by frame on patreon but this discussion was something else. I love how Im was so visibly emotional when the Armin cogs started turning towards the end. And I never saw anybody, nor considered myself, that the smiling titan's initial appearance alludes to royals outside the walls. Im mate, you are an absolute boss.

Attack on Titan feels like a good example of a show that you might be able to spoil. But the show is good enough, that knowing what's going to happen, doesn't ruin the watching of it.

I think a lot of people forget that the enjoyment of this show is being wrapped up in the mystery of it all. So it should come as no surprise that watching something that removes that mystery would be regretted. The post-credit scene was simply there to keep the hype alive for part 2, and if they had been released together as planned they would not have showed it. I was hoping we might get at least one genuine shock out of him in S3P2, but that seems unlikely now.

Man, you even noticed Armin and Jean reaction to Eren responding to the tease. Such a tiny little detail that lasts for 1.5 seconds, as expected as the best reactor on YT.
It’s gonna be so hype watching your discussions about the crazy episodes of 3B.
You shoul also check out the manga for the 3A story without cuts, changes and with a slower pace. Actually you could start reading the manga from the beginning, aside from the bad art of the very first chapters, you can already see Isayama’s masterful foreshadowings and writing skills.
Hope you can also be part of the huge hype train for S4 starting on December 7th. I want to see you pop up among all the mid reactors that are only capable of scream during the episode and aren’t able to actually understand anything.
I hope the new studio and director (who I have a lot of faith in) are able to adapt at maximum potential the masterpiece that is the manga.
