@@agentbond2004 Una, the line that you're referring is during peak hours. What I'm referring is in the headway between a departing train and the next arriving train in a particular station regardless of the intensity. In transport management, queues are not considered in scheduling train services and they are not quite used as an indicator of the status of the operation. The rehabilitation is ongoing that's why the service is limited to 8.5 minutes during the weekdays and 9.5 minutes. The design of the Line is that it was not "future-proofed" as it was intended only for the years 1990s to the 2000s and not onwards which led to the mismanagement during the Second Aquino Cabinet. For Japanese people watching this and want some tip:
(Some of this maybe changed rn because of the pandemic)
▪︎you can ask people around you where you can find an office counter like where you can buy a ticket, you don't have to suffer from using the machines.
▪︎as far as i remember, the time of the arrival of the MRT train is in every 15 minutes after the departure of the previous one, maybe this change now due to pandemic but yeah.
▪︎not all MRT stations is that big like where she is from the beginning
▪︎i think most of stations is at least connected to a mall so if ur hungry, you can go inside a mall
▪︎Cubao station is the most crowded station LIKE LITERALLY.
▪︎MRT(South-North)
LRT(West-East)
Hope this will help :>

In Japan, there is a schedule posted at every station when the train will arrive. In the Philippines, there is no schedule as there are a lot of trains arriving. The trains usually arrive at every 5-10 minutes interval. So its much more convenient than Japan. Because when you missed the train, you can get in the next train for a short period of time. You'll never get late unless there is technical problem. Which is sometimes happening because the train is somewht old. Additionally, train fare in PH is way more cheaper.. It only costs about 30yen per one station.
