I don't think you'll read this but when you decide to play the game "Bathhouse" from Chilla's Art then make sure you play the original first. They recently released a remake for "Bathhouse" that improves a lot of things such as graphics quality and most importantly the story. The story was pretty vague in the original but I'd say it was way creepier compared to the remake (the remake has more funny moments lol). The story has similarities but it's different enough that you'd enjoy playing both the original and the remake. I highly recommend the original first tho. And yes there are different endings in both versions. As I said the story is pretty vague in the original and the endings are also not that great like even the good ending is not very good so you can skip it for the original unless you want to do it. For the remake tho the endings are way better and getting all the endings is very easy. They made it so the endings unlock in order. The endings are forced in order so you'd get the bad ending first then good ending and finally the better/best ending or whatever you wanna call it. Make sure you continue the game after each ending. The remake clears up a lot of questions that the original story left behind. It is slightly different but still the same story. Original for a more creepy horror experience and remake for a good horror story from my personal experience.

When he was doing his job, another woman seduced him, making him leaving his ex-girlfriend and cheated on her. This made the girl in red felt betrayed. She started to do a bad job while processing the betrayal, leading to her boss and co-workers bullying her. She decided to commit suicide by jumping off the broken stairwell, leading to her death. (Presumably on the seventh floor as there were police tapes around the floor). This made her haunt the place, punishing all the employees and her ex-boyfriend, Keigo. This led to Keigo accidentally fell from the same place she jumped, leading him to a coma. During his coma state, he relived the same experience he experienced at work, but much more twisted, with a dark female figure with red blood eyes tormenting him. Presumably, when we got ending 1, he actually died in real life, but when we get ending 2, we finally woke up from the coma. Thinking it was over, he relaxed a bit while being happy to see his family. But it wasn't just a nightmare his ex-girlfriend still haunts him until now I hope this helps you in understanding the story and the endings❤
