- Thank you to Lucas and Adam for helping with our recent AyrKing Team Lunch. They did an awesome job helping test a very large quantity of chicken in our vacuum marinator and prepared some of the marinated chicken for the entire team. A job well done!

But doesn't putting the marinade in a vacuum cause it to boil?
There is no "heat" applied to the vessel. The liquid marinade safely reacts with the protein when under the vacuum pressure.

@@GoldGunsandGolf ahhh. The vacuum marinator system does not reach a high enough pressure to change the water to a vapor.
For liquid brining do you suggest the vacuum marinator or just the normal tumbler machine?
If you are looking to "replace" over night brining, then the vacuum marinator is the one for the job. The tumble marinator is great for making sure your protein is completely coated with your liquid or dry seasoning. The vacuum marinator enables your flavor to penetrate into the protein.

Chicken looks dry!
I took the video clip of the chicken tenders in the Nesco holding unit well after the lunch was finished. It does look dry sitting in the black porcelin basin, but the chicken was very tender and moist after grilling. Thanks for the feedback and watching the video.
