The sure-hit effect however tells the target the rules and limitations of the cursed techniques, something people have done before, but that also is at Hakari's benefit. Like in HxH with Kite's ability "Crazy Slots", the fact that the user has no control over the outcome of the abilities usage makes the ability even more OP! If he does hit a jackpot, depending on the numbers rolled, Hakari is either more likely to hit ANOTHER jackpot or roll quicker! Now quicker normally doesn't matter but Gege has made it clear that he has a soft spot for this guy by giving him disgusting luck AKA plot armour. I love the character and I feel the FEVER! But we got to admit that this guy is MADNESS INCARNATE!

One theory I think people should be aware of is that Hikari’s domain expansion is RIGGED so he gets jackpot when he needs it! His introduction was him fixing fights if I remember correctly. Not my theory
