The prices must’ve changed for Phipps Place . 😩 ugh searching for place now and this is the toughest thing ever . Any other recommendations? I’m moving to GA from FL .

Prices are so different. The Alexan Buckhead is like 1500++ for that same square footage.

Keep in mind most everyone down here lives outside of Atl. I live about 25 miles outside of The city and I'm still regarded as a close suburb.
