- I read through the rules of the all new age of fantasy quest. Play my first game, probably get tons of stuff wrong, but I had a great time doing it!

Dude - i love when people play games like normal folk - and make mistakes. It shows everyone else HOW to deal with mistakes in their gaming and just like... chill. Its a game, lol. Nice one!
"Gnomes as Villains" gives this game a nicely quirky atmosphere; like something from the world of Bloodbowl, where things are deadly, but not serious.
You are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! The sound effects were AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! And your right new heroes SUCK!!!!!!!! The game token dynamics seem a bit confusing but I like how they force movement. You made this SOOOOOOOOOO ENJOYABLE!!!!! Oh my wife Sue wants your eBay name again to see what you have up. Love the gnomes/ goblins!!!!!!!!!!
lol that was honestly hella fun to watch. That final battle was pretty rad. I don't have any fantasy units, but word on the street the future version shouldn't be too far away.
Awesome game! I only have 2 OPR games under my belt(tons of mistakes) and I'm hype to get a Quest going! My natural enemy in this hobby is.. TIME! Ugh! LoL. Take care and Keep at it!

This might be the best dnd like skirmish ive ever seen. This is a great game. you could have filler RP like when you are shopping and meeting and getting missions. This looks fun as hell!

As much as I like quest, I am actually excited to tie in heros into an escalation league. Just how cool would it be to have a hero that grows and learns new skills, and is the centerpoint for objectives. Through an entire league, each escalation everyone's hero gains exp and gold to buy upgrades as the army grows from 250 (not counting the hero) to a full 3000 point list with a maxed out hero.
The game opens up threading a narrative that can go from quest-skirmish-AoF- the future mass battle game they are working on. It lets you craft characters and see them grow, lead warbands and armies. I love it so much
Love this one page rules content and the gnomes! Did you setup an entire story for this or anything like that?
I am working on a quest campaign that has the gnomes as the enemies. Maybe they got into the duchess's pantaloons again?

The battle report side of this was great; you always know how to make things interesting. But dang, defaulting to a 6+ QUA start kinda hurts my soul T_T took me two and a half hours to play my first run with only two heroes. Just seems like artificial difficulty or progression, you know?
I see it as more, you will see how much better a leveled character is after progression.
