NEW YEAR'S RECIPE
(HOLIDAY COOKIES)
500gr flour
1/2kg baking soda
200gr margarine
220gr sugar
3 egg yolks
1 vanilla pod
1) preheat the air fryer to 180 C
2) mix flour, baking soda in a bowl
3) in another bowl, mix the sugar with the butter until our mixture becomes soft and fluffy.
4) then add the eggs and vanilla and mix.
5) combine the mixtures from the two bowls and mix until they become a homogeneous mixture.
6) make small balls of your dough, like meatballs.
7) place your cookies in the air fryer, it is good to put non-stick paper.
8) bake for 7 - 9 min.
9) your holiday cookies are ready!!
