My OZMO 950 seems to have 3 broken anti-drop sensors and as it's always the case, the robot is just two months out of warranty, so I'm going to repair it myself. Do you by chance know the types of LEDs used in the sensors? At a glance they look rather basic, so I wonder if I could just order them online from some electronic parts shop. Thanks!

Further, yeedi Vac 2, all antibdrop sensors cleaned (there was no dirt/ rust) opened and cleaned two of them - mop side. Checked LEDs as you have shown with mobile camera all LEDs are working. Still keeps giving error. Can you guide what could the error be? Something on the motherboard?
Actually electronic component can be spoil it's normal... can be short circuit...we can not detected sometimes why stop working...but we can confirm by replacing those sensors one by one that which one is faulty... Mostly is left side anti drop sensors only
Hi! I have an ozmo 950, half bottom anti drop sensors doesn't work (water pump side) and also on the front bumper there's one sensor (same side, the removable one) that doesn't work. I try to switch the sensor on the front bumper with the functional one on the other side and it doesn't work. On the red cable I have 12.8v on both sides.. You have a solution? Thank you very much!

All three drop sensors on the right side of my Deebot Ozmo 950 no longer work. With the camera you can clearly see that all three sensors on the left side are working. Do you have an idea what could be the cause here?
Plz open it up n remove those sensors... open sensors assembly cover n remove signal tiny sensors those sensors eaisly can get from electronic shop...plz fix those new sensors n try again....if you can get full assembly from ur country that's great
Reset all previous map, before save new map plz remove mop pads so it can go to carper area as well. Make sure there no loos wire on the floor like mobile charger cable etc...open all room doors, block the toilet n kitchen or prayer area or wherever you don't want it to enter...then run the robot...make sure is full charge
My N8 Pro+ runs for a few minutes and then starts to reverse, stoped and say "clean the Anti Drop Sensors" I see no water damage inside and all sensors lid up in my camera. I found no corrosion on the sensors. Any idea what the fault is ?

Hi please could i ask for support. I dissasembled deebot ozmo 950 with this anti drop sensors problem. Problem is that half of the sensors are no working (whole right side). When i dissasemble front panel with two connectors and switch left with right connector (the right sensors start working and the left ones stop) i bought already new front panel (the one which hits everything) an try to pu new on the robot. I hope theh problem was the panel but behaviour is still the same could you please help ?
I tried cleaning the sensors and it still only goes forward, almost like the bumpers are not there at all, it doesn’t bump and go backwards. What else can I try to look into?
I have opened my machine and cleaned the sensors. Mo signs of rust or dust or moisture. Issue remains. I placed the robot on a glass table and started cycle. Looked from below. None of the sensors light up. Are the LEDs supposed to light up? If none of them are lighting up, what could be the issue?
Im having the exact same issue as you. None of the sensors light up. I ordered the left and right sensors and will replace them once they arrive. In case that doesn't work I will have to change the motherboard as that's where the issue may lie.
Always remember there r led U can see in sensor casing...one is white colour signal light that we can see through mobile camera as well..if no light means signal light not working...other led the black colour one is receiver...we can not check with camera.. sometimes that also could be Faulty...on TH-cam videos available how To check receiver led...or U just buy new sensor n n try.. hopefully Will fix the issue
Also, my application has no steps etc, so can I dumb my unit anti drop sensors, say by shorting or opening the white or dark Leads (which one) so the unit thinks the sensors are working fine
I received one customer reviews about this issue from Pakistan..he is also using same model...said just the anti drop Sensors wire connections loosen that's all...they removed the wire use a nidle to Seattle the connector wires...after that tested problem solved... you can try this....

Now the "broken ones" are fine and the others don´t work. What can i do? is the Mainboard defect? Both connectors on the mainboard are working sometimes the left sometimes the right one. But any time only 3 Drop sensors
Plz try to replace left side first...plz replace with new one... hopefully will be ok...very rarely right side damage...if water touch the sensors then only right side can damage

So I decieded to put the left sensors on the motherboard connect from the right sensors and put the right sensors to the left motherboard connect. Now the "broken" left ones worked fine (checked with camera) and the right ones dont work. So I thought the motherboard connector has a Problem. But 2 Tests after that, the working 3 sensors changes to the other side, so it seems that both connectors can work, but Not at the same time. Are there any solutions or Do I have a broken Motherboard?
i have the same problem. You know what is funny when you switch the connector of the front panel (two connectors with many black cables) the right sensors start working and the left one stops
I have a Yeedi Vac2 and it continuously gives clean antidrop sensor error. Tried cleaning many times and reset many times but error persists. There is no service centre in India. Can youblet me know how to completely dismantle it so I can check each of the sensors and their terminals. I opened the bottom, but cannot get the top cover off. Also bumper seems complicated to remove
Ozmo T8. After replacing the beater bar motor due to stripped gears the unit gives a "clean the anti-drop sensors" error. Initially I cleaned the sensor windows without it fixing the issue. We have never used the wet mop function, but after watching your video I removed, opened and inspected each of the sensors. All were clean, no broken wires, corrosion or rust. Verified all the connectors were seated on the control board and reassembled the unit. Did the factory reset after turning on power (battery was also removed during the disassembly) but after powering up the same drop sensor error message came on. What is next possible cause? Control Board? This unit is just over 2 yrs old and we have had to replace a drive motor as well.

You just show those sensors to any electrical shop n buy new sensors from them n soldered back properly n can use same assembly again

In India There is service centre in new Delhi...plz contact ecovacs hotline no. This model is slightly different in disassemble
