4:02 this would be hilarious if one of two things took place. In the scenario Herbie wrecks & flies apart, in canonical Herbielore his parts come back & he heals himself. Or two, once hitting the spikes, he would reinflate his tires & drop a fender like an oar to correct his trajectory. Herbie, man! His resilience & cleverness are what ‘Ocho’ is all about.
Dr. Spiky was tapped by Tatanga to go cause chaos in the Snow Kingdom. He did exactly that, using his spike strips to wreck every car that came his way... including Ziggy's 'Herbie' replica and Petrolhead's tour bus. Once the crashing finally came to an end, Dr. Spiky found himself surrounded by a bunch of angry people... and the beatdown was ON. After getting clobbered with nearly every WCW/ECW/WWF/WWE finisher in history, Petrolhead and Ziggy ended it with a devastating '3-D'. Petrolhead then pulled out his bullwhip and used it to send Dr. Spiky flying... all the way to New Donk City, where Chief Pauline promptly locked him up.

This episode on CBP: transferred to the hospital and now much calmer, Kiddo looks around, still savoring the chocolate aftertaste from the candy Cargo happened to have, speaking what seemed to be moonspeak. However, as some of the glitch deputies came to visit, one of them noticed something.
“Hey, she looks different after waking up, huh? Yo, welcome back to the world of the living!” - Deputy O’Glitch said, being egged on by McGlitch.
As Kiddo replied in an incomprehensible way, one of the guys from the Community Patrol came forward.
“Is that… polish?” - Deputy AgentGlytch asked, tentatively.
Everyone looked at him weird.
“You mean the language they speak in… Pole Land?” - Glitchmeister replied. “When I went there for the vacations I felt cheated. There weren’t any poles!”
“Of course there were! 40 million of them!”
“Of course not! I saw a lot of people, dummies and all, but not a single pole… O’Glitch kept complaining about it too, since the folkloric dances were underwhelming.”
“Yeah! How are we gonna see pole dancing without a pole?”
Cargo picks up what was going on and could not help but giggle.
“Guys, it’s Poland, not Pole Land! And pole dancing is NOT their folkloric dance! The country has this name because…”
“Don’t waste your time explaining that to them, Miss Cargo… I’m from there, and they think I’m joking when I tell them about the place… Let me talk to the girl, I think I can understand her.”
