Skincare steps undakunna confusion kurich paryumo...
1) Toner is basically to remove the dirts n makeup remnants from face. Also some helps to shrink the pores and maintain pH of skin. Most of them are infused with alcohol which is not wise enough to use on daily basis.
2)recommended twice. Day n night time as a routine. Should do cleansing n moisturisng before applying makeup and after removing makeup
3) yes if u want
4) oil and moisturiser is not same. Basically they serve similar purpose like hydration. But they are not exactly the same. Differ in texture consistency and there are certain oils for spot treatments.
