Appreciate the time you spend traveling and filming the videos. Hi Bro hope you and family are well. It's been a busy week so I'm catching up today. The kebab looked amazing and value for money too. I'm finally getting to eat fish and chips on monday after 6years. We have a food truck run by a british guy visiting our town. Who knows I may even review it lol. In the last 25 years the quality of the meat for doner kebabs have really gone downhill. Years ago you would eat a doner kebab and if bought from a quality kebab shop you'd get a strong meaty taste. You know a good kebab because it will be greasy/ oily. lamb is the fattiest meat and when on the spit the meat juices will naturally run down, it means the kebab has a high meat content and predominantly lamb.
Due to an increase in meat costs most kebab shops are now using a combination of cheaper meats including beef and chicken loosing that authentic lamb taste, and now they are using a great amount of soya as a binder. This has meant that the meat content is as little as 40/60 % now. That's why on many of these doner kebabs there is no far or oil visible at all, as the soya has absorbed it all and sometimes why you get a dry crispy outer if cut thin.
This is why these shops are jazzing the kebabs up with sauces and spices. Simply because the doner kebab are at the point where they are either un edible or the flavour is that poor if by itself.
Once again a great vid and review.. The food looked crème del-a crème. The weather may have wet and miserable but your energy whilst you’re do the reviews brightens up the day 👍🏾

Thats a savage box of food for the price, will be hard to beat for £7.
You would get 4 times that at lalas in Blackburn tak n tak box naan chips separate donner chicken tikka seekh and sheesh and drink FOR £10 that's a donner stir fry by far best for the money enough for 3 guys
