Why do mechanical engineers mostly get less pay than electrical, electronics, information and communication engineering. I feel it’s unfair because we do more work in college. I’m a mechanical engineer undergraduate thinking of switching to IT.
Interesting perspective. I think this depends a lot on the country, industry and specific company but there are certainly higher-paid engineers than mechanical engineers. Personally, I would never switch fields just because of the salary because I strongly believe that the more drive I have for a profession, the higher my earning potential independent from the general industry averages.
Hej! My main advice is to always do your homework, ask whenever & as soon as you don't understand something (don't let it slide any longer than a week because it will only get worse) and try out as many different courses as possible to figure out what you like. Maybe my video on 5 things I wish I knew before studying Mechanical Engineering can help you some more th-cam.com/video/oRAesJVaQ2Y/w-d-xo.html Best of luck ✨
I am an engineering student in Brazil. I intend to work with mechanical design in Europe. Congratulations, your videos are great.
Glad you like my videos! Sounds like some exciting plans, best of luck with that :)
her channel is so underrated
thank you for helping!
Looking at going into this field after 8 years in forensic DNA. Thanks for the perspective!
Good luck!
I feel like this might be impossible for me to accomplish. I work 40 hours a week with 3 kids and a wife. 😢
