Thanks Bob, I did tell them that during the edit that it made me emotional. It’s been a journey this year getting them all to where they wanted to be, we have created many memories and had incredible experiences along the way, they make me laugh every week and I am so proud of them all. This was my tribute to them and their achievement. 207 miles is a long way on bicycle!
Omg yes I have only ever done a 100 miler in one day, I’d never manage what they did, especially with lack of 💤 the night before. Hats off to them all. 👏👏👏👏
That was excellent guys. Well done all. Brilliant. On Saturday my friend and I tried and failed with an Everesting attempt out in the sticks in Hereford. We set out at 6.10am and got to over 5000 meters in elevation and 190 Km's on the same hill before we called it a day at 9.40pm so I felt some of what these guys were feeling. Having seen this video, I think I might enter it for next year. The quiet, relieved sensation of completion was captured well here. Great efforts from everyone
Thanks Peter, that was an official event once, I remember it well with Cycling Maven and all attempting the Indipac. That’s more up my alley, rather than doing 333km all in one go, which is mental. But......... never say never 🤔

Words cannot not express how brilliant a ride that was from all of you. I should also point out that Keith is 75, he rode 207 miles, what an absolute legend!

An amazing day all round. I don’t think I’ve really grasped what we’ve achieved, but it feels good. Great to have a vid to look back on too. There were a few more clips we’d have liked to have done from different sections of the route, but we were in a bit of a hurry 😁 Next year I need a new partner because Frin’s ‘NO’ seemed quite firm 😳🙁😂. Hopefully, I’ll be the navigator by then. I wonder if I’ll have any takers. Leanne was our saviour on the day so I think she needs to experience the ride 😊
What you did was incredible, and by all accounts you were very strong on the day, so all those long days on the Sunday rides paid off. I never doubted you and knew you’d do it, well done.
Luckily it wasn’t so cold, just a bit damp. The Welsh flags were for Del, who is from Wales originally, but we have adopted her in Somerset.
