Do families really insist that parents in law mingle? My two sets of grandparents only saw each other at birthday parties for my sister and me, held by my parents. They lived six miles from each other, each set held their own holiday gatherings and we went to each. There were never any conflicts between them, even tho my mother didn't get along with my dad's mother.
To be honest, the way this last season went, i was wishing the torture would end. Dharma's behaviour towards Greg especially. But yes it is a unique & hilarious show in general.
If you ever get a chance, check out Mimi Kennedy ( Abby) in an early 90's series called Homefront. She plays a character named Ruth Sloane and she is exactly like Greg's mom ...rich, snobby, conservative-basically the polar opposite of Abby. It's funny to see her playing that kind of a role and doing it so well.

apparently ratings and views went downs as the seasons kept on going.. there were too many shows that started around the same time so people kinda got spread thing as I read online. I wish this show kept on going. It is seirously the only sitcom I find funny that I burst out laughing.
It kinda ended on a good note well the very end bit and a cliff hanger which I don't like when shows do that. As good as this show is.. in reality Dharma and Greg would end up with issues such as how they parent and raise their future children. They are two very different people. Nonetheless I wish the show never ended.

they actually apeared on two and a half men the first episode with kutcher, the episode was horrible and when i saw what they did to dharma and greg i shut everything down, so so bad...

I think its funny how the Finklesteins did not see the animal heads on the wall the whole time until Abby went to grab more wine

its not the only one for me, i enjoy british comedy, but this was a great show and didnt deserve such an ending

seinfeld is coming back together to do more series and you never know they might do this show over!
