Chegg is definitely better. There are many reports on the web that #transtutor does not pay money even after the tutors solved 30 questions in the probation period. There originality is questionable. Twitter account suspended. No facebook tutor page. Only they have one page for students. Chegg is tutor friendly. Transtutor is not. There is no grievance redressal portal for the tutors. You cannot raise questions regarding your queries. Even if there is some email id for putting up queries, they start rebuking after you ask second and third question.
I recently started working on transtutor for biology subject but whenever i click on any capsule question it is saying that someone is already working on this ques ..I m unable to find even a single ques..what to do?
