I bought four creator castles for a summer mountain fortress moc, I lost two the moment I walked through the door. They are not usually all that interested in my Lego sets, but this time they were very interested. Castles are clearly still what kids like, and yet Lego does not seem all that interested in doing kids castle, just stupidly expensive adult castle sets.
Ha! We actually have one cat, but she is so old and overweight she can’t get on the table. She likes to lie on our little coach in the room while we are “Legoing”
I might build a Mech bay using Brink-it software. Battletech has been a staple in my house with me since 1986. Always wanted a diorama of a couple mechs and their repair bays and I have a 2015 hulkbuster and the warmachine version. Videos like this make me think more about doing stuff like that. Don't really want to make the bays out or cardboard or 3d print.
I’ve never used that software, but I just looked it it sounds interesting. I have lots of pieces that need to be used, so I might give it a try once I’m done with my current builds. if you can use it to design your Mech bay, that’s a great idea! Thanks so much for watching!
@@castlebricksandson I'm told that lego used to have software that was retired in 2019 that allowed you to build virtually then order the parts from the software. I just started using Brick-its software yesterday. Has a tutorial and small build to help you learn it.
Nice video. To bad your son can't reach very well into the castle though. Hope you can do something about that. Although telling him he can play with it when he grows a bit more might be a good way to motivate him to eat properly ;)
Thanks so much. I messed up on that. He can reach about 1/3 of the castle. I placed the other two castles and the Medieval Town Square buildings along the edge so he can reach them. He needs to do a better job of eating his vegetables, so that might help, because he really wants to be able to reach the entire build. Thanks again for watching!!!!

@@castlebricksandson Perhaps there is a way to move part of the landscape out of the way so he can access. Perhaps not, just a thought.
