    LOVE this video - it was super helpful for me! Is there a video like this for the Series on the floor ? I couldn't find it, but it would also be super helpful for me.

    What a helpful video!!! It's really great to hear that extra instruction that you don't get in a standard class. I would love to hear your tips on Locust Pose Salabhasana, that is one posture that feels so far out of reach for me.

    Bikram concept : trying to gain autonomy from an immutable serie is a great idea if you do not repeat always the same mistakes. It requires good instructors like you !

    An honest question and looking for a honest answer from an patron, what happens to flexibility over tine once you stop the classes?

    • @HotYogaAsheville
      @HotYogaAsheville  ปีที่แล้ว

      I would love to answer this but I feel like there are 100 questions I’d have to ask to know what we are talking about. Questions like, how long did you practice. What’s your diet like. Other lifestyle activities or do you sit all day. etc. i can say that it’s like money in the bank. You accumulate depth and range of motion (which is more accurate than discussing flexibility) but if you stop putting money in the bank it will eventually run out.

    I love your teaching, I love how you explain every single details of every posture. This is what I need. I'm a bikram girl, I go 3-4 x a week, and every yoga teacher is different with their teaching, made me question who is right and who should I follow. Seeing your video made me like "there's a light at the end of the tunnel" lol....thank you so much, I will definitely apply this to my every day yoga practice.

    • @HotYogaAsheville
      @HotYogaAsheville  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That’s so great! Yes you are correct. Many teachers will give their insights. The trick is to listen, try, but ultimately you’ll know what’s best for your body. What I share is based on 20 years of trial and error. Hurting myself. Healing myself. Sifting through the dogma. I’m glad my style resonates with you. ❤️ Adi
