- Under an autumn night sky, with the backdrop of the fort-like Fairmont Jaipur, renowned musicians Ustad Shujaat Khan, saxophonist George Brooks, flautist Ajay Prasanna, tabla player Amit Choubey and vocalists Hariharan and Kaushiki Chakraborty, came together for the first time at the India Music Summit 2017 for Odyssey. Designed by Lesle Lewis, this was a two hour journey of pure musical bliss with the high point being a vocal jugalbandi between Hariharan and Kaushiki Chakraborty

We feel proud to have Kaushiki ma'am as our Bengalee youth representative.
She is absolutely BRILLIANT. A true master of the art. One of the best singers I have heard. May God bless her talent and health so she can grace us with decades more of her singing.
Hariharan is par brilliance. So amazingly versatile. Pure classical, ghazals, bollywood, fusion, jugalbandis. What cant this man do! And that voice on top of that. Ooph

Hariharan is definitely a very versatile singer, no doubt, But when it comes to sargams and taans, he should not do any Jugalbandi with Kashiki Chakraborty. She is specialized on fast sargams and taans. 8:06 trying to sing very high was not necessarily.

everything was awesome until they utter the name of that ALI ,have these bevkoof Hindus(not only these great singers) taken all the responsibility of being called most brilliant fool in whole world onto themselves who start to pray everything without knowing a damn thing about that ,they pray even their own killer or source of that, destroyer of their dharm, even their very existence, why this urgent need to make other happy have occupied the mind of hindu only in the world ,why this desperation to take everyone certificate to be declared very harmonious,secular,polite entity community even at the cost of their own perils, our forefather were not as such otherwise we did not survive thus far then question arise who polluted the mind of Hindus, who taught this to Hindus ,or they are just hindu for the namesake and their perception and attitude have changed or got changed completely ,I think this is true ,Macaulay has been successful in their purpose the every hindu we are looking around today has been become brown Goras today, what is left within is just some rituals,traditions and some distorted baseless beliefs which this generation has been taking over from their parents and society that too with some hurdles , obstacles and being somewhat hesitant or, all Hindus today has been uprooted from their foundation, their ancient civilization,cultural Values what they have been left with is just hollowness ,emptiness which they are brainwashed to be called as liberty, freedom, liberalism, modernism, feminism, secularism nothing else,they have been forced without their knowledge to trade off between two and they chose the emptiness over their ancient civilization,cultural depth, values ,wisdom,what a fool we are

I agree, this is not Indian classical in the strictest sense. This is more a light classical where even KC and SK are enjoying! She often gets into this lighter mood, and creates magic there too!
