Just make sure you have some empathy you’ll need to anticipate passengers needs before they do. They are looking for a certain type of individual. You must be able to follow instructions and be a team member. I flew for Western Airlines and Delta for 20 years. Good luck 👍🏻 and it’s not a glamorous job you’ll sweat like a boxer go without good food, be delayed by weather or broken aircraft you’ll work 15 hour days with barely 8 hours rest which includes deplaning and your transportation to the hotel which could be a shit hole with no food in a dangerous location. The company is not your advocate they are only interested in the profit margins. Deltas purple uniforms are making the flight attendants sick, very sick. They have rashes and welts as well as breathing problems and voice loss. They perspire purple. Delta management has allowed this harm to continue with little regard for their employees health.

Why should those who truly are not ABLE to relocate be deemed as "not a team player," and be disqualified from the interview process as a result due to circumstances beyond their control? Why disqualify someone for such a petty reason if they are otherwise qualified for the job and have no problem with any of the other aspects of the job? Airlines need to learn how to be more accommodating for those who have little to no control of their circumstances outside of work, especially if they're willing to commute to their base hub for work. As a recruiter, I don't understand why airlines can't just post the number of flight attendant openings by BASE HUB on their website just like they do with other job postings. Doing so would help filter out the applicants who wouldn't be able to work the position due to its location.
You said you applied at 6 different airlines. How long after submitting your application did you hear back? I've had one video interview and one assessment immediately following my application. Haven't heard back from those two and nothing from the other three I've applied to. Do they at least notify you if they're not interested?

I applied to Spirit and GoJet, haven't heard back. I also applied to Frontier, but they actually responded saying they were going with a different candidate.

If they ask you that tell them about you like i have two brothers or i like to play basketball when im not working. They asked me why do you want to be a flight attendant? Tell us of a time where you wish you would change an outcome in your job? What is the United Airlines Brand?

You want to apply for the major airlines. American, Delta, United and South west. They have the most destinstions better benefits. Some people pick airlines based off of the bases they have available near their hometowns. Some people go for the small airlines to gain experience before applying to the major airlines. Do your research on the airlines some are union some aren't. But realistically apply to all of them you could apply to 10 airlines maybe 2 call you back....

ItsAutumnMonique it was very hard financially in the beginning but it does get better! Just save as much as you can before training
