This was very helpful. Here is another major tip...For security, the phone might prompt you to change your password after a factory reset. If this happens enter the default admin password (456) as the old password, push the down navigation key, and enter and verify the new password.
Thank you for the response. And yes you are correct anything with a firmware of I believe 5.9.7 or higher requires you to set your own admin password. I guess Polly got tired of everyone keeping the default lol.
Yes the cap and lower case does matter. That is what was causing mine to fail. I needed a lower case f not the cap F in the address. Do some videos on using the other ports on the phone including using a video camera on the USB port.
