- Kalika informs Ambica that her intention was not to cause her pain but to inform her that her daughter, Saloni, is in the hospital and needs her badly. Saloni tells Nahar that she can't let her mother be alone in this time of crisis but is sure that Ambica will accept Kalika the day she realises the injustices inflicted on Kalika. Ambica overhears this and weeps. Brijesh asks Ambica to meet her daughter but Ambica says that she cannot forgive Saloni for being adamant about keeping Kalika in her house. Ambica returns home and accuses Kalika of ruining both her daughters' lives! Kalika weeps, and Kaveri watches all this gleefully! Kaveri instigates Kalika not to tolerate Ambica's injustices any longer. Kalika meets Saloni in the hospital and informs her about Ambica's latest accusation and tells her that she had visited the hospital. Saloni is hurt that her mother did not even meet her in spite of coming to the hospital but Kalika pacifies her. Saloni is discharged from the hospital and given a grand welcome at home. Kshitij's informer, Rathod, tells Kshitij that Banerjee handles most of the important sectors of the office. Kshitij asks Rathod to keep an eye on Banerjee as he deems him crooked. Later, Kshitij informs the family that their lawyer had phoned to inform him about the court hearing in Delhi later. Although Nahar is reluctant, Saloni urges him to go to Delhi. Tara assures him that she will sleep with Saloni and take utmost care of her. At night, Bhabho asks Tara to look after Saloni, and takes Aditya to sleep with her. Tara is unable to sleep and seeing Saloni fast asleep goes to Bhabho's room to check on Aditya. She falls asleep next to him. Meanwhile, Saloni wakes up and goes to fetch water. However, she feels faints and Nahar arrives just in time to hold her. A furious Nahar summons the family and berates Tara for being irresponsible and careless. Tara says that she has no idea when she fell asleep. Nahar tells Tara that if she cared about Saloni, then she would not have fallen asleep!
