Get a player, then go to edit item or something, then go to logic. Press the block you see there. Swipe the screen and find "when item enters camera viewport" and then press the next block and look for "follow this with camera" I hope I helped

then you might have to redraw the artwork. blueprints' artwork functions a bit strangely, in the art you want the character facing the RIGHT side of your screen instead of the bottom (assuming it's top view angle), this is why most old artwork like the OG Character and Enemy blueprints were facing right. just make sure to fork the blueprint before trying this in case it doesn't work lol
