Some must have mods that I don't think appeared on the list: Bard Instrumentals Mostly - Sing Rarely TB's Improved Book Sounds Replace Nirnroot Sounds with Wind Chimes CC Saints and Seducers - Less Obnoxious Elytra Footsteps Male Argonian Shouts - Revoiced Hrothmund Revoiced
There are a handful of TH-cam mod reviewers that I have become convinced really DO have psychic powers! Just as I'm thinking of mods I need in a certain category, Lo & Behold!, they put out a video of those particular mods! You, sir, have been a card -carrying member of this group for a while now! And today's video proves it! Assembling a new list, and just started thinking about sound . Can't wait to hear what you come up with for my OTHER categories as I get to them!
Awesome! I don't keep up with the modding scene, but this seems to be a very comprehensive video and I like all of the examples you show. It must've taken you a while to put this together. Oh, and while I don't have arachnophobia, it's great that you put up the warnings. Thank you! Sound design is definitely a huge part of Skyrim that deserves due diligence when creating your modlist. Although I must confess that the creature sound overhauls brought back the memory of Draugr being way too loud during one of my modded playthroughs. XD I'd probably fiddled with the sound settings or something, so it was a me problem, but my god did the Draugr startle me! While it was too much for me, it shows how much of an impact these modded sounds have.
Thank you! And yeah many creature and enemy audio mods have always stood out to me as being a bit too over the top. Honestly vanilla does a pretty great job, they can just become a bit repetitive though
Finally turning my attention to modding the sounds side of things so this video is a great resource. What texture mod have you got on the Riverwood road there at 02:40 ?
Would love a npc sound mod that adds more pain to when the character gets hit/slashed. There's already one for deaths, just thought this would add the cherry on top and complete the pain overhaul.
On the note of "skeletons don't breathe", shouldn't there be a mod that make the skeletons completely silent? I mean, they are lungless beings after all lol
It’s a darn shame but I think I’m open to a new composer. I actually don’t mind the idea of different artists giving their take on different regions of Tamriel
Glad you liked it all, thanks for the showcases man I really appreciate the exposure.
Thank you for all the amazing work!
One thing I'll never replace is the soundtrack. Nothing ever beats it.
Honestly up there with the best soundtracks ever created
Yggdrasil is incredible mind if you haven't tried it, especially if you use something like Northern Roads, really gets you into the Nordic atmosphere.
There are music mods that just add more music but keep the original music
got Nyghtfall and never want to go back to vanilla anymore
Sound can realy make a world of difference :) Spells,walking/runing/picking up and so much more.
I feel it isn’t appreciated nearly enough when people talk about games

Replace Nirnroot Sounds with Wind Chimes
CC Saints and Seducers - Less Obnoxious Elytra Footsteps
Male Argonian Shouts - Revoiced
Hrothmund Revoiced
I like the Nirnroot Windchimes mod! There's also Radiant Nirnroot - Seamless Sound Loop.

Very informative + I love the way you edit/cut your videos
Thank you! I’m glad you enjoy the style 🍦
Awesome video, loved how you separated them into different categories. Really helped organizing my load order
Thank you for making this video, I appreciate your audio mod suggestions! Will definitely implement some of them.
great video! i love how you showcase mods
Thank you! I’m glad to hear that

The Kawai O'O wasn't wiped off the face of the Earth via a hurricane, it was safely transported to Skyrim, forever separated from it's mate

Great showcase, all those mods can be used together?
remember to use loot and xedit just in case
Nice overview ! Could you take a look at phoenix flavour again ? Alternatively, what about comparing "vanilla-plus" mods ?
Thanks, super useful
4:25 what that sounds mod?
thank u❤
No, thank YOU ❤️
5:00 please tell me the quiver texture replacer mod
Its probably Quiver's Redone by Elsopa
The modpage of Audio Overhaul says it's not compatible with Sounds of Skyrim. Has this changed since?
i dont know why but the mods reverb and Acoustic not working, can someone help ?
Are all these mods compatible?
Unrelated to this video, but is there a chance you could cover the Storywealth mod list for Fallout 4?
What is the audio mod for your bow?
muffle mod is so mandatory. i think nordic souls doesnt have this :D
Yeah its pretty crazy that it’s not how the spell acts in vanilla
should i install Audio Overhaul for Skyrim SE AND Imersive Sounds Compedium or just install one of them?
There's a patch that makes them work together, just found out about it recently
Do these work in Skyrim VR?
What’s ur sky mod???
Are these mods available on the ps5 version ? And are they all compatible with each other.
Are these mods really compatible? 🤔 There's some very large packs on your list

I'm not holding my breath for TES 6 ost. Without Jeremy Soule, simply it won't be the same (in a bad way).

What happened with him ?
If you don't have good audio in a Bethesda game then what is wrong with you
I hate the painful death sounds mod it's not immersive nor realistic
